Refund Policy

The unused portion of labor deposits are refundable if the project is canceled. Payments (or portions thereof) for labor which has already been expended are non-refundable, even if the project is canceled. Monthly service charges, fixed-fee project phases, software product costs and non-labor expenses are non-refundable, even if the project is canceled.
