Delivery Methods Policy

Due to the uniqueness of each website project, specific delivery methods are outlined in the services agreement that both the deveoper and customer must sign prior starting a project.

Time Scopes/Deadlines Policy

The Developer and the Client must work together to complete a project in a timely manner. Start dates and end dates are specified in the services agreement. Clients are to provide TEQ Media with all data needed to complete Services, including but not limited to text, code, graphics, and photos. Please see Content Submission Guidelines for more information.

Cancellation/Returns

If an agreement is canceled before work is finished, Client forfeits any payments made and may be held liable for breach of contract. If Client desires to terminate an agreement for any reason other non compliance by Developer, DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Balances for finished work must be paid within those 30 days.

Privacy Policy

We will not collect any personal information about you when you access our Web site unless you choose to provide that information to us.

Should you provide your personal information to us, either by requesting a proposal, subscribing to our E-mail newsletter, emailing us or otherwise contacting us, we will use your personal information for internal purposes and for sales solicitations initiated by our company only.  We will not share your personal information with other third party companies unless you hire us to provide services to you, in which case we may share your information only during the performance of services (such as while registering your domain name, setting up your Web hosting account, etc.).

As with most Web servers on the Internet, our server will automatically record the following generic information routinely in a "log" file:

  • Your IP address, and hostname if available;
  • The date and time of your access;
  • The pages you visit on our server;
  • The type of browser and operating system you use (your browser will give this information automatically to all web servers); and
  • The referring page, if there was one.

These log files are private and will not be released to the general public.
