Initial Consultation
First, we will discuss your design needs and go over content ideas for your print design project(s). There are probably things that you hadn't thought of that might be important in the design of your print media.

Estimate/ Payment
After initial consultation, we will provide an estimate for your print media services. After the estimate has been approved and you are ready to begin, payment or deposit is required depending on the size of your project. Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Pay Pal payments can be processed online. Business and personal checks and money orders are also accepted. Please note that the design process will not begin until payment or deposit is received and cleared.

Design
Time frame per project type can vary considerably. The first three drafts for stationery are often ready within 3-5 business days after receiving the order. This estimate is dependent on your deadlines, communication, project complexity and the number of concepts needed the first round.

Rights to Artwork
Upon completion of your design you own the right to reproduce the work in the manner or medium you choose. We request to retain a copy of the work to be displayed in the portfolio on this web site and in other promotional material.

Delivery of Files
When the final design is complete, files ready for your printer and/or web site will be delivered to your email or via download from this website. Unless otherwise stated, delivery on CD is available upon request but may incur a small additional charge.
